Boca Dunes Golf & Country Club is now offering room rental for your special event! If you are looking to use our event space but have an outside caterer that you would like to work with, we are now available to meet that need! Our events calendar does fill up quickly, so if your date is available, we do advise contacting us to schedule a facility tour as soon as possible. As dates approach we do offer discounts, so please check our calendar for discounts on short term bookings. We include the following in our basic facility rental packages, with many upgrade options available.

- Room Set Up (Our staff will position our tables and chairs as per your floorplan)

Available Spaces Include:
Our Diamond room is our largest available ballroom. This 3,040 square foot space holds up to 200 guests and includes colored LED lighting in the ceiling, a GOBO projector which is pointed to the dance floor, 4 chandeliers and a 19’ x 18’ dancefloor. Our Emerald room is our mid sized available ballroom. This 2,765 square foot space holds up to 125 guests and includes a 19’ x 16’ dance floor. All available dates with pricing in our Emerald Room can be viewed on the calendar above.
Our Palm room is our smallest room. This 1,330 square foot space holds up to 75 guests and includes a 13’ 8” x 15’ 1” dancefloor. All available dates with pricing in our Palm Room can be viewed on the calendar above.
Our Wedding Garden is is a beautiful event space which includes greenery, an arbor and a covered terrace with guest seating and fans. String lights are sprinkled through out the space as well as in the arbor, and a GOBO projector is also available (films are additional). on the calendar above.
Upgrade Options Include:
- Manager to assist with running your event $40/hour*
- Dishwasher $25/hour (events using our china, flatware or glassware will require one dishwasher for up to 75 guests, or two for more than 75 guests)*
- Servers $25/hour per server*
- Bartender $175 (Boca Dunes holds a liquor license, hence we do require usage of our bartenders and in house beer, wine and liquor. We do recommend a consumption bar for our room rental clients, however, complete bar packages or a cash bar are also available.)*
- Security $45/hour (required for evening events)*
- Linen (choice of white or black tablecloth with an extensive selection of colored napkins), China, Glassware and Silver are available including set up for $5/pp*
- In House Centerpieces
- Chair Sashes
- Usage of Bridal Suite & Groom’s Lounge $250*
- Usage of Lobby upstairs or down for a cocktail hour prior to your event $500*
- GOBO Projector lights in our Diamond Room & Wedding Garden $250*
- Usage of the Ruby Room for an indoor ceremony $750
- Champagne welcome at our Bubbly Bar $7/pp*
